Deposits |

|
A
$100.00 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation
or 33% of your total reservation fee, whichever is greater.
The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is
canceled less than 30 days. Deposits may be paid by credit
card over the telephone, check or cash. |
|
|
|
|
Payment |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Payment
can be made by credit card, check or cash. If you plan
to pay your balance by credit card, please call the week
before your reservation so we have time to process your
payment. Certain exceptions apply. |
|
|
|
|
Confirmations |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
A
confirmation will be sent to you by regular mail. It will
show the dates reserved, times, pickup instructions and
the balance due. |
|
|
|
|
Extra
Time |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Reservations
are booked by the hour. With a 1 hour rental, the driver
will allow you an extra 5 minutes time. If you exceed the
5 minutes, you will be charged for the next 1/2 hour, plus
gratuity. You are always welcome to extend your trip for
as long as is available on our schedule, and the driver
will charge you for your extra time. If the driver needs
to end your trip exactly as scheduled he will let you know
that your reservation will need to end as scheduled. |

What
Comes with the Limo? |

|
|
|
|
|
|
As
part of your limousine rental, our limousines come stocked
with glassware, napkins, ice, soft drinks and bottled water. |
|
|
|
|
Seat
Belts |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Seat
belts are provided in all of our limousines. |
|
|
|
|
Alcohol |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
We
do not provide alcoholic beverages, if you wish to imbibe,
you should plan to bring them with you, or have our driver
stop at a store for you to purchase them. Adults over the
age of 21 are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in the
passenger areas of our limousines. We will not allow, under
any circumstances, anyone under the age of 21 to consume
alcoholic beverages in our limousines. |

Smoking |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Please
be considerate and don’t smoke in the limousines.
Our Limousines are all nonsmoking vehicles. Absolutely
no smoking is allowed in the limousines, this rule is strictly
enforced. If you wish to smoke, the driver will be happy
to stop, allowing you a smoke break outside the limousine.
If passengers smoke in the limousine, we will charge $100.00
(for detailed cleaning) and end the limousine reservation. |

Proms
& Formals |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
On
prom/formal dates, our cars have a minimum booking time,
plus gratuity. The deposit for these dates is 50% of your
total reservation which is fully refundable if you cancel
more than 30 days before your date. If the reservation
is canceled with less than the required 30 day notice,
the deposit will be refunded only if we rebook the time
to another party. All prom/formal reservations must be
paid in full, including gratuity, 14 days prior to your

Driver
on the Clock During Entire Reservation |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
On
extended reservations of 2 hours or more, the driver is
at your disposal. You will be provided with his cell phone
number so that you may contact him to perform certain errands
for you, such as; picking up additional parties or to notify
him that you are ready to be picked up after dinner or
at the end of your event. |
